What We Do
We offer dance projects, educational programs, and research that contribute to the wellbeing of diverse groups, including young adults with and beyond cancer (AYAs), individuals with chronic and neurodegenerative conditions, and others who need extra support.
Our projects are accessible and grounded in scientific research on the positive effects of dance on wellbeing and health.
Our

R.A.A.F. stands for Roots, Authenticity, Agape & Freedom.

- Agape – Unconditional love is central to everything we do
- Freedom – Freedom in expression and movement fosters growth and healing
Why Dance
We are convinced that Dance is a powerful, universal form of self-expression and supports a holistic approach to wellbeing.
Dance brings together physical, mental, and social aspects, creating a space where people can let go, heal, and connect – both with themselves and with others.
Through movement, personal stories are told without words, giving form to emotions that are difficult to express. Dance not only develops physical strength and flexibility but also restores self-confidence, inner balance, and resilience.
